Jonathan Fuller is a seasoned corporate librarian with a rich background of over a decade in content and data management. His expertise spans knowledge management, information organization, search optimization, business grammar, taxonomy, controlled vocabulary, writing, editing, and content strategy. With a solid educational foundation, Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Information Science/Library Services with a notable GPA of 3.67 from the State University of New York at Albany, in addition to a Bachelor of Music in Performance with a GPA of 3.33 from the State University of New York College at Fredonia. Throughout his career, Jonathan has held key roles in various organizations, including his current position as a Content Administrator at ServiceNow.
