Jonathan Fleming

Jonathan Fleming is an accomplished executive and venture capitalist with over 34 years of experience financing and investing in growth companies worldwide. He is the current Chairman of the Board of Onc.AI, and the former Chairman of the Board of EnClear Therapies and QurAlis, both of which develop treatments for patients with specific forms of neurological diseases. He also served as President and CEO of Q-State Biosciences from 2015 to 2018.

Fleming began his investment career with TVM Techno Venture Management in Munich, Germany, and later co-founded Medica Venture Partners in Israel, and the Korea Seoul Life Science Fund in South Korea. His venture capital firm, Oxford Bioscience Partners, specialized in life science investments and was based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Aside from his significant professional contributions, Fleming has been a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management since 2002, co-teaching a class on business strategy for life science managers. He has a Master's degree in Public Administration from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
