Jonathan Elliott is a successful entrepreneur and business leader with a passion for helping others unlock their potential. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building and nurturing successful companies.

After starting his first company in the dotcom boom, Jonathan went on to lead nine businesses, some of which thrived and others that taught him valuable lessons. He is well-respected for his ability to tackle commercial challenges and problem-solve, and he firmly believes in the power of setting goals and the importance of goodwill and karma.

Jonathan is the founder at 40 Fathoms Ltd, where he works alongside Chris and Martyn to invest in and support entrepreneurs and management teams. Prior to this, he was the CEO and founder at Make It Cheaper, which was later rebranded as Bionic. He also served as a director at UCAS Energy Switching and worked at BT Global.

Jonathan holds a BA Hons in Business/Commerce and French from Bournemouth University and attended Malvern College. He is a true meritocrat who believes in the potential of anyone if given the right support and focus.
