Jonathan Cornelissen
Jonathan Cornelissen is a renowned entrepreneur, angel investor, and co-founder of DataCamp. He has a strong passion for education, edtech, and data science. He studied Greek and Mathematics at Sint-Albertuscollege before pursuing Commercial Engineering at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. Later, he attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL to study Economics.
Jonathan has an array of experience in different fields, starting with his developer-in-training position at Code Academy, followed by a Ph.D. in financial econometrics at K.U.Leuven. He has also lectured at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, been an IT/advisor at Qualenica, and served as a Summer of Code 2012 participant at Google. He was also a co-founder & board member at Sagio.be and taught business statistics and economics as a self-employed private tutor.
