Jonathan Clay brings almost 30 years of experience in software development, product management, and team building to the table. He has worked with multiple large financial institutions and internet-based companies, including GetSatisfaction, Vertical Response, Confirmit/CustomerSat, Trapezo, and Tavolo.

Clay has served as a VP across many companies, overseeing engineering, system operations, QA, and product management. He has a proven track record of building agile software development teams, knowledgeable in hosting, scalability, reliability, security, compliance, and open-source solutions.

Clay holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. He is presently the Senior Director of Engineering at Hyperforce, Salesforce.
