Jonathan Barr, a finance graduate of San Diego State University, is a principal and co-founder of JB2 Investments, a real estate investment firm that specializes in value-add construction and renovation of multi-family properties. Mr. Barr and his team have extensive experience in real estate investment, having completed more than 400 projects, ranging from single-family homes to multi-unit complexes. His expertise includes market analysis, financial analysis, construction, and design. Mr. Barr is known for his ability to tackle challenging projects and bring innovation to the latest trends that people love. JB2 aims to enter 50+ unit value-add projects on C property in B emerging neighborhoods with a purchase price of 2-5 million dollars. Before starting JB2, Mr. Barr held positions as a developer and personal banker at NELA DEVELOPMENT and loan officer at Smart Equity.
