Jonathan Azoff

Jonathan Azoff is a Co-Founder and General Partner at SNØCAP, a venture fund focusing on driving frontier innovations that reduce costs and eliminate pollution in global supply chains.

He serves as the board president of Sweet Farm, a nonprofit climate tech incubator that has seen its graduates secure over 600M in downstream funding.

Jonathan advises startups in the realms of climate tech intersecting with logistics, real estate, or finance and provides guidance and operational support as a fractional CTO at Fortium Partners.

He is also the inaugural supporter of The New York Climate Film Festival and actively engages as a member of NEXUS, a global philanthropy network.

Furthermore, Jonathan founded POSTMODERN, a boutique software development consultancy headquartered in Seattle, WA, and has a history of building venture-backed startups, contributing to notable exits, and cultivating teams from inception to successful exits.

Jonathan Azoff pursued a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and completed his High School Degree at Agoura High School.
