Making New Work Work - Innovation, Verantwortung und Engagierte Mitarbeiter:innen gehen Hand in Hand!

Working in a team of 3. Ambient has no hierarchy and is fully self-organizing.  As a team, we take care of all aspects of HR, rotating tasks and assigning projects based on interest and availability. Milestones:

- Lead succesful initiative to develop a New Pay framework that replaces oldschool salary negotiations. Project working together with a representative group of 15 employees for 13 months to create a framework that is competence based, transparent and fair. - Designed and implemented a highly selective recruitment process for cultural and professional fit, hiring >25 people per year in technical roles, among which turnover is less than 10%. Applicants rate the experience 4,8* on Kununu, although it is much more demanding than what our competitors require of applicants.
- Facilitated the collaborative creation of a New Pay Salary model
- Implement New Pay Salary model after it received 90% approval from employees
- Focus on maximizing the employee experience, currently 4,6* on Kununu
- Focus on HR strategy and scaling the business without compromising culturally

- developed employee surveys tailored to the people strategy of companies from the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors
- assisted in the development of a competency model for an automotive supplier with >5000 employees
- collaborated with the FU Berlin to develop a validated survey based on the Jobs-Demands-Resources Model for Honestly's product
- Delivered many trainings and presentations about New Work, collaborative cultures and alternative ways of working to a variety of organizations, among them the "Institut der Deutschen Wirtschaft"

I do not charge an hourly rate and prefer to agree on a fixed price in exchange for guaranteed results.

Teaching students how to apply work psychology to maximize prognostic validity and selection success in corporate recruiting.
Students were taught how to develop recruitment strategies that fit the cultural and structural requirements of an organization, how to interact with hiring managers and how to factor in potential employee engagement in recruitment. Further more we discussed candidate experience and sourcing channels.

1) Virtual Reality Exhibition for 1.FC Köln for the clubs 70th birthday. Pitched and developed ideas for engaging virtual exhibits, implemented and took charge over sprint meetings and daily stand-up meetings, coordinated communication between client and developer team, created 3d-Scans of physical exhibits, managed expectations and communications with internal and external stakeholders

2) Implemented recruitment Process for SnapNext and sister brand SnapCube. Created job descriptions and structured interviews based on critical incident interviews. Implemented social recruiting using facebook ads, conducted interviews, delivered interview training to management and assisted in hiring decisions.
