Jonas Eilsø is a passionate advocate for enhancing user-friendliness across various digital platforms. With a vision to create a more user-centric world, Jonas believes in the significant impact of user involvement throughout the design and development process.

His expertise spans various areas including UX project leadership, UX design encompassing wireframes, prototypes, and UI design, UX analysis and reviews involving best practices, behavioral data analysis, and user testing, information architecture, as well as providing design and user-friendliness consultations.

Jonas has developed a framework for conducting successful and efficient user tests known as the RAT approach (Riskiest Assumption to Test). This framework streamlines the testing of critical hypotheses and promptly provides actionable results.

Emphasizing data-driven decision-making, Jonas strives to eliminate assumptions in design and user-friendliness discussions by validating them with business or user data.

He firmly believes that effective UX work relies on robust processes. Jonas has a wealth of experience in optimizing internal design processes and establishing frameworks for designing products with user involvement using design sprints and the build-measure-learn approach. These methodologies have been successfully implemented during his tenures at Aller Media, ACP (now OTW), and presently, Danske Spil.

Passionate about knowledge sharing, Jonas enjoys giving presentations and teaching, aiming to inspire others to integrate user involvement and UX practices into their organizational and work processes.
