Jonas Bordo is a seasoned real estate executive with experience in operations, strategic planning, marketing, and human resources. He is the Co-Founder & CEO of Dwellsy, a home rentals marketplace that challenges the pay-to-play model embraced by other rental listing services. He previously led centralized operations at Essex Property Trust, where he implemented successful innovations and turnarounds, resulting in $10M+ in new profits and an improved user experience. Prior to this, Bordo led various corporate functions at Bentall Kennedy, worked as a Senior Strategist at SicolaMartin, and served as a Consultant at Interbrand.

Bordo's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Vassar College. He strongly beliefs that a great team in a positive culture can achieve anything, and that the once-in-a-generation opportunity for residential rentals to leap forward will benefit residents, staff, and owners. He has a diverse range of interests, including woodworking, wine-tasting, and hiking in the Bay Area.
