    Jonae Wartel is a community organizing specialist, political strategist, and national trainer with an extensive background in various leadership roles within political organizations and campaigns.

    Currently serving as the Chief Program Officer for Organizing Corps 2020, Jonae has previously held key positions such as the Southern Regional Director for the Democratic National Committee and the Executive Director of the Association of State Democratic Chairs.

    With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Jonae has demonstrated a deep commitment to public service and a fervent dedication to promoting diversity and community building in a variety of settings.

    Her experience includes managing large teams for President Obama's Presidential campaigns, developing national training programs for state parties, and overseeing constituent and outreach agencies while serving as Chief of Staff for DC Mayor Muriel Bowser's Office of Community Affairs.

    Jonae's career spans across organizations such as More Than A Vote, Inc., Invictus Strategy Group, North Carolina Democratic Party, and various leadership roles in Democratic campaigns across different states.
