We work in all media types across a collection of authoring tools to produce knowledge products that are entertaining to watch and effective in practice.

For my two-year term, I have served on EO Global's Virtual Learning Subcommittee responsible for the creation and acquisition of digital media learning content for the global LMS to be promoted to 195 chapters and 14,000 members worldwide.  Most recently, I produced the 2019 EO 24/7 program - a week-long virtual learning curriculum serving content to over 50,000 viewers in 5 days.

I was honored to serve on the EO New York chapter's board for two years while responsible for the design and delivery of the annual learning program to 200+ members.  This role allowed me to create a year-long curriculum of chapter learning, promote the lineup to membership and execute the live events on-site. We co-founded Edulence in 2002 as one of the first online video training platforms for the life insurance industry. Over 15+ years, we developed our flagship product, Knowledgelink, into the leading LMS for sales training and leadership development in financial services while also producing award-winning custom content and applications for our clients. As our business and team grew, we were named to the Inc. 5000 list for several consecutive years.  In 2020, we closed on the acquisition of Edulence by eLearning Brothers, a leading eLearning solutions provider, for Knowledgelink to become the core application for their Learning Experience Platform product.

Served as a field technology consultant and business analyst serving the field offices and advisors in various segments of the financial services industry.  Responsible for the design and implementation of network architectures and distributed systems.  As President, Jon was active in growing the client base, diversifying revenue streams and developing the organizational structure.

Served as technology director for the New York City District, acting as the liaison between enterprise technology teams and field office users.  Responsible for enterprise deployment and management of all technology to support advisors and managers in the field.  Led local training initiatives to increase adoption of enterprise technology tools provided by home office.
