•	Uphold brand standards by managing 1000+ members and day to day operations of #1 and #2 TITLE Boxing Clubs in the US
•	Oversaw all membership and personal training sales, increasing club annual profits by over $150K
•	Oversaw team of 20-25 staff members, employee scheduling, verifying, and processing payroll

Sales/Studio Manager

•	Assisted TITLE Boxing Club franchisees to implement MINDBODY Online/Listen360 platform for all 170+ clubs
•	Created MINDBODY Online and Listen360 user guides, webinars, along with daily franchisee calls to ensure proper implementation and use of the online platforms
•	Worked with Director of Franchise Operations (DFO) on monthly franchise tracking; manage and update large excel spreadsheets for all 170 clubs for ranking, reporting, and franchisee coaching
•	Assisted DFO in franchisee coaching calls; use in-depth knowledge of TITLE Boxing Club product to coach franchisees through day-to-day issues, selling memberships, growing their business, etc.

•	Served as liaison between the AAFP and its 55 chapters across the country
•	Provided communications, marketing, advocacy, non-dues revenue, leadership, and chapter operations support
•	Created and edited weekly AAFP newsletter
•	Planned for the Annual Chapter Leader Forum (ACLF) conference, and monitored the ACLF social media channels
