Jon Peritz

Jon Peritz is a seasoned legal professional with expertise in digital media, entertainment, technology, corporate, copyright, trademark, M&A, and general business law.

He obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Intellectual Property from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University and holds a BA in Psychology and Music from The George Washington University. He also studied abroad at Syracuse.

Jon has held various roles including Director & Counsel, Business Affairs at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. He has also worked as Counsel - Business Affairs at the same company. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Cowan DeBaets Abrahams & Sheppard LLP and had internship experiences at different organizations including Cowan DeBaets Abrahams & Sheppard LLP, The Webman Group, and the United States Congress.

Jon Peritz has also showcased his skills beyond the legal field, having experience as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant, Trumpet Teacher, Marketing Associate, Production Assistant/Intern, and Specialist at different institutions and companies.
