Jon Odo is a seasoned leader with over twenty years of experience in managing and supporting cross-functional teams in different challenging technical environments. He has demonstrated expertise in using various Agile methodologies to focus teams and organizations on achieving business objectives. With a strong background in process design, best practices, and organizational change initiatives, Jon has successfully led sustainable Agile transformations in different organizations. Jon has also gained extensive experience in program and project metrics, PMO leadership and management, strategic capacity building, portfolio, and program management, capital budgeting, and value stream analysis.

Jon studied English at the prestigious University of California, Berkeley.
