Jon Merkin

Jon Merkin is a talented professional with a multi-faceted background. After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Columbia University, Jon went on to study at Columbia Business School to earn his Master of Business Administration. He has contributed his expertise in a range of industries -- business development, marketing, and music. In terms of music, Jon was the co-founder and lead of The Shake.

Jon has held various positions at Sony Music Entertainment, including Director of Label Analytics, and Global Business Development Intern. He's also offered his skills in strategy and marketing at companies such as Spotify, Crowdtap, and Vizu. Jon’s business expertise also extends to his work as a Startup Advisor and Investor.
