Jon Karolczak is a highly accomplished professional and an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) with expertise in law, technology, and project management. He is currently serving as the COO at Priori, where he leads all operations of the company, from product management and engineering to sales and marketing. Prior to joining Priori, Jon worked as a consultant for Sprezzatura LLC and was a Director of Legal Services at Kiersted / Systems LP. He has also served as a project manager at EyeWonder and Delta Air Lines, where he was responsible for managing technology projects and corporate legal operations.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.
