Responsible for the effective running of the Firm's Global Finance Department and acting as strategic business partner to the Firm's senior leadership.

Involvement in numerous M&A/divesting and re-structuring activities form planning to implementation.

Joined as a trainee from college. Became a qualified Chartered Accountant in 1996 following first time passes of all exams. Spent two years (1996-98) on secondment in Australia at Lord &amp; Brown, before returning and being promoted to Audit Manager.
Client focus was on insurance, education and the not-for-profit sectors.
