Jon Hwong

Meet Jon Hwong, a talented illustrator and artist with an impressive background. Jon has studied BFA Illustration at the Academy of Art University, and his artistic abilities have taken him on a journey across the Pacific Northwest, with stints in San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle.

In his quest to give back to the community, Jon has pledged to donate 10% of all profits from his work, including his latest crowdfunded book project, to local charities in the PDX, SF, and SeaTac areas.

Jon's extensive background includes impressive work with Famous Monsters of Filmland, ARTIZ UNITED JUNIOR YOUTH BRAND, French Press Films, and many other organizations, including creating logos, digital illustrations, digital caricatures, and designing chalkboard menus. Jon has also excelled in traditional media, creating murals as well as live and portrait art, and photography.

Aside from his many creative skills and charitable endeavors, Jon has also taken on project leadership roles for art exhibitions, independent films, and projects.

Jon's skills and interests in graphic design, illustration, portrait art, digital art, murals, traditional art, exhibition planning and management, and charity work make him a well-rounded artist with an unwavering dedication to his craft and community service.
