Jon Harris is a seasoned Scrum Master (Certified Scrum Master - CSM) and Project Manager (Project Management Professional - PMP) with a strong track record of successfully leading software development projects across various sectors, notably Financial Services.

During his tenure at Northern Trust, he oversaw the seamless completion of a $4 million project, managing a team of over 40 resources from different countries such as the United States, Great Britain, and India.

His expertise encompasses all facets of project management, from initial forecasting and planning to budgeting and flawless implementation, demonstrating a proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
