Jon Harding

Jon Harding is a seasoned construction project manager, project developer, and estimator with 28 years of experience. He holds a license as an RME, Class B General Contractor in California and has managed a multitude of projects and teams.

Jon is adept at analyzing and designing various renewable energy projects, including battery energy storage, solar installations, EV charging infrastructure, LED lighting, and HVAC systems. He specializes in microgrid design and implementation, with a particular focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.

His expertise extends to participating in panels for the California Energy Commission to contribute to policy discussions and shape microgrid roadmaps. Jon also excels in EV charging network planning, delivering C-Level presentations, and leveraging his startup experience in various ventures.

Throughout his career, Jon has been deeply involved in all aspects of commercial construction, overseeing activities such as budget development and maintenance, project estimation, labor and material cost negotiations, project scheduling, documentation, and profitability analysis. He has a keen eye for change order pricing, labor management, safety protocols, project billing, financial reporting, and business development strategies.

Jon pursued his education at Greenwood High School and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in International Business and HR Management from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
