Jon Greaves

Jon Greaves is a distinguished technology leader with a focus on managed services, security, and privacy. As the Executive VP of Quality Special Operations at QTS Data Centers, Jon is responsible for overseeing the development of the technology platform used to deliver QTS' integrated services, solutions engineering, and information security programs. With over 9,000 engineers across 100 countries, Jon was previously the Chief Scientist and CISO at Carpathia, a managed services and cloud company that specialized in compliant hosting for enterprises and government agencies. He has 7 patents in the fields of telemetry, managed services, and security solutions. Prior to Carpathia, Jon was the CTO of Sun Global Customer Services organization, a $5bn line of business. He has also held leadership positions at SevenSpace, British Telecom, MCI, and Concert. Jon studied HNC in Computer Science at Suffolk College.
