Jon Gould is a specialist Python/Django Recruiter and recruitment leader with nearly 15 years of experience.

In 2021, he founded Foxley Talent to enhance recruitment services within the open source ecosystem, supporting the Python and Django community with expert recruitment solutions.

Jon is actively involved in supporting the open source industry and has committed a percentage of Foxley Talent's profits to initiatives like the Django Software Foundation and sponsoring industry events.

He is a dedicated community member, regularly attending open source technology meetups and conferences, which inspired the creation of his business.

In 2022, Jon initiated Django.Social to foster social interaction within the Django community amidst the rise of remote work.

Jon is a co-organizer of the London Python meetup group and formerly led the Django User Group London for a decade.

Through Foxley Talent, Jon proudly supported Django Day Copenhagen and became an official sponsor of DjangoCon Europe in 2022, with plans to continue supporting and sponsoring future events.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jon's interests include family, sports, and various athletic activities like cricket, snowboarding, and golf, aiming to enhance his skills in the latter.

Jon Gould holds a degree in Management from Henley Business School and studied Design, Business Studies, and Art at Henley College.
