Jon Geeting

Jon Geeting is a well-known writer, organizer, and connector based in Philadelphia. He has a diverse educational background, having studied for his High School Diploma at Freedom High School and later pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics at New York University.

Throughout his career, Jon has been involved in various organizations, showcasing his talent for community engagement and communication. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Engagement at Philadelphia 3.0. Notably, he has served as the Co-founder and Internal Communications Director at Open Streets PHL, as well as being a Fellow at New Leaders Council. Jon's past roles include Engagement Editor at PlanPhilly, Columnist at Philadelphia City Paper, Contributing Writer at Philadelphia magazine, This Old City, and Next City, Co-Founder at Primary Colors, Editor at Keystone Politics, and Records Coordinator at Open Society Foundations.
