Full-stack web development, involved in both PHP/MySQL backend programming and in Javascript frontend scripting.- Initiated code refactorings / rewritings which led to extraordinary performance boosts in several web applications- Restructured an email processing script (around which an application was centered) to run with minimal resources, and to be able to send thousands of messages per customer per hour- Engaged in direct contact with clients, analyzing their requests / problems and implementing original solutions- Built from scratch the majority of a web application's backend (database + ORM, controllers + actions, AJAX receivers)- Coordinated and executed the migration of 8 PHP- and Java-powered websites to a new web server- Performed regular maintenance on Linux servers, monitoring Apache, JBoss, and PHP processes- Suggested and implemented the use of a revision control system (Git) to manage code for several applications
