Jon Eisen

Jon Eisen is the Managing Principal at The Eisen Group, an urban planning and architectural firm based in Washington, D.C. He has a robust background in architecture and urban planning, having contributed to over 60 mixed-use projects across the United States. His work includes significant developments in various states, such as Maryland, Virginia, D.C., and Florida, with notable projects like National Harbor, Crystal City Revitalization, and Reston Town Center Phase II.124

Eisen holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Construction Management and Planning from Virginia Tech. He is also certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).14 In addition to his role at The Eisen Group, he has previously served as Managing Director at Bohler since January 2022.13

His expertise extends beyond project management; he actively collaborates with private developers, universities, and municipal officials to create successful urban spaces. Eisen is also involved in educational initiatives, serving on the board for the College of Architecture and Real Estate at the University of Maryland and participating in national industry conferences.24
