Jon Chin is a professional with an impressive educational background comprising a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University, an MBA and an MA in Marketing from Melbourne Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley.

With a strong interest in product strategy and team development, Jon has held various key roles in renowned organizations such as Zoom, Solvvy, Attentive, Truist, CoreLogic, and more.

His extensive experience includes positions like Senior Product Designer, Principal User Experience Designer, User Experience Designer, User Experience Design Researcher, Senior Associate in User Experience Design, and Associate in Program Management.

Prior to his career in the design field, Jon Chin served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps.
