With his skill set and proficiency in financial management, Jon is currently serving as the Associate Director of Compliance & Reporting at Alto, one of the fastest-growing investment firms. In his previous role at Alto as Financial Operations Associate, Bonica brought his expertise to manage the company's daily transaction activities while providing top-notch client service.

Before joining Alto, Jon also held several positions at State Farm® and Raymond James, including Account Manager/Analyst and Wealth Management Intern, respectively.
