Jon Bell

Jon Bell is a design leader, founder, and author with over twenty years of experience in leading teams and building innovative solutions.

Throughout his career, Jon has made significant contributions, including leading teams at Twitter to combat disinformation, creating the first fully responsive version of Microsoft Office, and overseeing the apps team for Windows Phone.

Jon has also founded two successful ventures: UX Launchpad, a design bootcamp, and a non-profit organization focused on combating disinformation.

As an author, Jon has published two books of essays on design, organized a conference and Meetup called Design Play, and excels at building effective teams, processes, and companies.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Jon enjoys writing essays, creating collaborative internet art, and spending quality time with his three children, indulging in activities like jumping on the trampoline.
