Jon Bell
Communications & Creative Director
Jon Bell is the Communications & Creative Director at AIA Colorado, a role he has held since January 2023. In this position, he is responsible for advancing the architecture profession in Colorado through advocacy, leadership development, education, and resources for its members, which include over 2,500 architects and allied professionals.
With a strong background in creative project management, Jon has successfully delivered over 500 projects for 82 clients. His notable achievements include rebranding Tooling Systems Group and designing "Immerse," which won the 2022 EPCA Best Book Award. He also developed MI Recovery, an interactive resource listing for substance abuse recovery in West Michigan, which is utilized by multiple health departments.
Before joining AIA Colorado, Jon was the owner and creative director of Company Bell, a creative agency he founded in 2010, and he has experience producing film projects internationally. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his previous ventures, including co-founding a nonprofit aimed at addressing teen depression and launching a direct-to-consumer apparel company in Michigan.1
