Joli Ballew
Joli Ballew is a highly accomplished technical author with a track record of nearly 60 bestselling books. With a rich background as a Microsoft MVP for a decade, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and experience as a technical editor and technology trainer, Joli has established herself as an authority in the tech industry. Holding several Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, MCTS, and MCDST, she continues to advance her expertise, recently progressing towards becoming an MCSA in Windows 8. Joli's passion for technology extends to teaching, where she imparts knowledge in computer classes and Microsoft certification courses at various educational institutions. Currently, she teaches at Collin College in Plano, Texas, and Brookhaven College in Farmers Branch, Texas, while also serving as the Microsoft IT Academy Coordinator at the latter.
