Joleah is actively involved in LookSee, a consortium of top construction, engineering, and IT companies in New Zealand collaborating with Immigration NZ to address the country's urgent need for skilled professionals.

She holds a degree in Criminology & Forensics from Liverpool John Moores University and excelled in her A Levels at Scarborough Sixth Form College.

Her professional journey includes roles such as Lead Talent Solutions Consultant and Senior Talent Solutions Consultant at HainesAttract, Talent Solutions Consultant at LookSee Build New Zealand, Recruitment Specialist at Southern Cross Electrical Engineering (SCEE), Talent Acquisition Consultant at IAG, and various consultancy roles in digital, creative, and design fields.
