Johnny Grace

Johnny Grace has over 25 years of experience in forest research programs, specializing in Water Resources, Soils, Climate Change, and Ecosystem Services.

His career has honed his skills in natural resource research planning, leadership, strategic thinking, and innovation.

With a Ph.D. in Bio. & Ag. Engineering and a minor in Water Resources from North Carolina State University, along with M.S. and B.S. degrees in Agricultural Engineering from Auburn University, he possesses a strong educational background.

Johnny has held significant roles such as General Engineer, Research Engineer, Acting Research Planning Director, and Acting AD-Planning and Applications at the U.S. Forest Service.

He has also served as Adjunct Graduate Faculty at Florida A&M University and Affiliate Assistant Professor at Auburn University.

His expertise includes leading multidisciplinary teams, formulating accountability measures for efficiency, and managing complex research issues with creativity and adaptability.
