John Zheng

John Zheng is a highly accomplished individual with a strong background in real estate investment, strategic management, and entrepreneurship.

He holds a Master's Degree (ALM) in Real Estate Investment & Strategic Management from Harvard University and has participated in various programs at Harvard Business School, including the Summer Venture in Management Program.

John Zheng started his educational journey by graduating with a BBA in Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth at the age of 19, making him the youngest graduate in UMD history. He also completed his high school education in Business and Marketing at Champlin Park High School.

He is actively involved in several prestigious organizations such as the Harvard Alumni in Healthcare, Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization, and Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs. Additionally, he is a member of professional associations like NAIOP, ICSC, ULI, CCIM, IREM, and MREE, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and industry engagement.

John Zheng's professional experiences include being a Co-Founder and Commercial Real Estate Investor at Utopia, a Mortgage Banker at Bell Bank Mortgage, and participating in the Harvard Innovation Spring Venture Program at Harvard Innovation Labs. He also served as a ConnextMSP Fellow at the GREATER MSP Partnership, highlighting his diverse skill set and interests.
