John Szeghy is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the fields of marketing, management, and operational effectiveness.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross.

John has held key leadership roles at Travelers, where he currently serves as the Senior Director of Operational Effectiveness. Prior to this position, he excelled as the Senior Director of Personal Insurance Direct To Consumer - Strategic Markets and Senior Project Director in the Personal Insurance division.

Before his tenure at Travelers, John gained valuable industry insights through roles at Anthem, Inc., including Program Director, and at Accenture, where he served as a Senior Consultant.
