John Strohmeyer is an accomplished Houston-based estate planning, tax, and probate attorney who specializes in guiding his clients in navigating the complex and often confusing legal maze of these fields. With a J.D. degree with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law, an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and a B.S. in Zoology from the University of Texas at Austin, John has the academic qualifications, knowledge, and experience needed to get his clients the results they need and leave No Unfinished Business. John is also one of only 70 attorneys in Texas who are board certified in both Tax Law, and in Estate Planning, and Probate Law.

John is also a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, one of only 2,500 members worldwide. He has also worked at prestigious law firms such as Porter Hedges and Crady, Jewett & McCulley, where he gained invaluable experience in estate and tax planning.

In addition to his legal career, John is also a marathon runner, a home-brewed beer judge, and the host of the Five Star Counsel podcast, where he shares his insights on how fellow lawyers can improve their client service skills. He is a strong advocate for typography and has several other interests outside the field of law.
