I have over 14 years of work in Infrastructure and technology. 7.5 of those years in Web Hosting sales and Account Management and the remainder in Solutions Architecture and Cloud Operations Engineering roles. My most recent role has been that of Azure Architect and Operations Engineer. I have a demonstrated ability to focus ambiguous customer needs into specific, deliverable requirements using the best tools available to assist in constructing a solid business case and then deliver the solution. I work with sales teams to extract hidden or unrealized customer requirements and gain consensus with the prospect. This often requires collaborates with Sales Teams to produce technical, architectural, and engineering deliverables that lead to uncovering opportunities and booking profitable sales. I hold responsibility for needs analysis, requirements, architecture diagrams, high level designs, detail specifications, technical presentations, RFP responses, and account planning recommendations as well as delivery of projects scoped via custom SoW. Some of my common projects are Azure greenfield deployments, Migration of on premises VMs, SQL DBs, and physical servers from data closest, collocation facilities, private and public clouds, and many other sources, and bespoke wvd deployments including domain integrations, identity management consulting, setup for Teams AV redirects, Golden Images, automated provisioning via scale-set, Scheduling of session hosts to maximize return on Azure Spend and combined with an intensive Azure IaaS and Foundations review including screen share based instructions and recorded sessions of the projects for documentation and internal training materials, including everything from 5-10 SMB environments to Enterprise Environments involving 100s of VMs, and DBs, with 100s of Apps to support.
