John Sellars (PTPI)

John Sellars is a highly qualified and experienced philosopher, academic, and author, based in London. He holds a PhD in philosophy from King's College London and has previously taught philosophy at the University of Oxford and Birkbeck College, University of London. Sellars is also a founding member of Philosophy for All, a non-profit organization that seeks to make philosophy accessible to everyone. He has published several books, including "The Art of Living: Stoic Philosophy from Ancient Greece to the Modern World," which has been translated into several languages. His research interests include ancient philosophy, ethics, and the philosophy of art. Sellars frequently writes for The Guardian and has appeared on BBC Radio 4's "In Our Time" program to discuss Stoicism.
