John Scroggins

John Scroggins is the Founder and Executive Director of The Baton Exchange, a nonprofit organization based in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to the leadership development of young professionals, particularly those in their 20s. He has been in this role since August 2006, where he has created a faith-based program aimed at mentoring young adults through various methods including one-on-one coaching, competency workshops, and peer leadership round-tables.12
