John Saunders

John Saunders, CIMA®, is a seasoned Wall Street Senior Vice President with over 20 years of experience as a sales team leader and award-winning sales executive. He transitioned from corporate roles to pursue his passion for helping others grow and founded Forward Advisory Solutions, a coaching and consulting company. John is also an author, having published his first book, 'The Optimizer, Building, and Leading a Team of Serial Innovators.'

John holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Georgetown University. He actively contributes to the Georgetown McDonough's MBA Alumni Advisory Council, engages in angel investing, and participates in the Georgetown Executive MBA mentorship program. He advocates for proactive change in the business environment, emphasizing the importance of empowering teams and individuals.

Apart from his professional endeavors, John enjoys spending quality time with family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. His diverse experiences in coaching, mentoring, and writing have garnered praise, with his book receiving commendations for its substantive and entertaining approach to complex subjects.
