John Ruzich

John Ruzich serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Legends, a role he has held since joining the company in 2012. In this capacity, he oversees a wide range of functions including legal affairs, business operations, human resources, risk management, and administrative matters. His responsibilities encompass advising ownership on corporate governance, joint ventures, acquisitions, organizational structuring, strategic planning, and litigation matters. Additionally, he manages all labor issues related to the company's workforce of approximately 20,000 employees.12

Before his tenure at Legends, Ruzich was the Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs/General Counsel for Classic Media, LLC, a prominent independent entertainment company known for managing iconic brands like Casper the Friendly Ghost and Where’s Waldo?. His career also includes roles as Associate Counsel at World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and as Staff Attorney for the New Jersey Devils.13

Ruzich's educational background includes a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in communications. His extensive experience in both legal and business affairs within the entertainment and sports sectors positions him as a key figure in Legends' operations.14
