	Grew patient check-ins from less than 500 per month to more than 250K check-ins per month.   
	Used CRM, CPI, CPM, and Analytics to improve performance of the recruitment and support processes resulting in the significant network gains.

Reinvented the company after the passing of the founder & CEO by developing a new corporate identity using position, website, collateral, and sales tools. Developed and implemented a 3-year strategic plan. Initiated offering additional services to enhance customer relations and provide added value.

	Increased revenue in year one by 15% and the second year by 30%.
	Delivered a positive EBITDA of 10% in year 2 after 5 years of negative EBITDA.
	Closed 6 figure deals with KVY, Michigan State, University of Oklahoma.
	Rejuvenated the company through strategic planning, revenue increases, and customer enhancements resulting in acquisition of the company.
