John Pepper

John Pepper is a seasoned entrepreneur and early-stage investor who has dedicated his career to supporting frontline workers. He is known for championing the "Fighting for 15" movement, and his work at Boloco, a certified B-Corporation that he co-founded in 1997. John has a passion for investing in and developing restaurant and hospitality tech startups that prioritize workers and their futures, and he has worked with over 30 startups in this field. He is currently the CEO of Boloco and serves as an advisor, board member, and angel investor for various restaurant and hospitality tech startups. John is also on the board of various non-profit organizations such as the Boston Private Industry Council and Positive Tracks. With a BA in History from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business, John has the skills and expertise to lead and mentor teams to make a positive impact on society.
