John Paul is a Health Policy and Management expert, retired Clinical Professor, and former Vice President of Global Business Development at RTI Health Solutions. With over 14 years of teaching experience, John has nurtured undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has sound expertise in Health Organization Behavior, Program Evaluation, Strategic Management of Healthcare Business Planning, Pharmaceutical Development, and Outcomes Research. His vast experience has enabled his international involvement in global health projects, including serving as editor-in-chief of World Health & Population from 2005-2013. John Paul is a proud holder of a PhD, Health Policy and Administration, and MSPH, Health Services Research, all from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Furthermore, he has a MEd, Human Development and Learning from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and AB, Chemistry from Cornell University.
