John Sielski

John P. Sielski is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in finance and operations.

He holds a Green Belt/Lean Certification from Villanova University and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Management, Finance, and Global Leadership from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.

His academic journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan, as well as completing general courses in Economics, Political Science, and Corporate Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

John has held key roles in various organizations, such as Operations Controller and former Senior FP&A Manager at Precision Castparts, as well as former Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Corporate at United States Steel Corporation.

His prior roles at Precision Castparts include Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, Senior Financial Analyst for North American Service Centers, and Senior Financial Planning Analyst for Energy.

John also has a background in program development, having been part of the Financial Development Program at PCC Structurals, Inc., and gaining experience as a Financial Analyst Intern at Precision Castparts.

Before transitioning into the finance industry, he served as a Researcher & Consultant at the University of Michigan's Economic Adjustment Program and gained hands-on experience as a Process Engineer Intern at EPS Industries.
