John Mussatto

John Mussatto has accumulated 20 years of valuable experience in the IT staffing and recruiting industry, predominantly at Resource 1, where he currently serves as the Director of Technical Recruiting.

Throughout his career, John has excelled in mentoring and leading new employees while forging enduring relationships with IT professionals, possessing a profound comprehension of technology and the ability to engage with individuals across all hierarchical levels.

His key source of gratification stems from witnessing candidates thrive in their roles, alongside receiving positive feedback from clients, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the team at Resource 1, an organization celebrated for its familial work environment and advancement opportunities.

John Mussatto pursued General Studies at LTHS and furthered his education by studying AS in Business/CIS at the College of DuPage.

Previously, he held the role of Technical Recruiting Manager at Resource 1 before assuming his current position as the Director of Technical Recruiting.
