John Mihailov

John Mihailov is the President and principal founder of Rogue Data Corporation (RDC) with a robust background in civil service and entrepreneurship.

With over 30 years of expertise, he specializes in process analysis and supporting system implementations across various sectors such as government, private industry, police services, healthcare, sustainable development, and logistics.

His notable projects include the development of Police Check systems for Ottawa Police Service and Peel Regional Police, Income Support System for Family Services in Nunavut, and Travel control systems for the Territory of Nunavut.

John has also contributed to Customs Internet Gateway (CIG), CBSA EDI infrastructure, Occupational Health and Safety initiatives in China, E-health solutions, and Healthcare EDI implementations for organizations in Ontario.

Moreover, he has engaged in extensive consulting, business development, and networking activities within Canada and China.

John Mihailov holds an Honours BA in Public Administration from Carleton University.

His professional experience spans roles such as Senior Consultant & Facilitator at the UN, Policy Analyst at the Canadian International Development Agency, and positions at Public Works and Government Services Canada covering Information Systems, Program Delivery, Quality Assurance, Sourcing, and Support, as well as Procurement.
