John Metzger

John Metzger is a seasoned technology executive with over 40 years of experience in software development, cloud computing, and startups.2 He served as the VP of Software Development at Spot AI from March 2021 to March 2022, where he led a team of engineers working on edge solutions for video surveillance.1

Currently, John holds the position of CTO of Software Engineering at SEMPRE, which he started in May 2022.1 Prior to his role at Spot AI, he was the Co-Founder, CTO, and Head of Engineering at NewSpace Networks, which was later acquired by SEMPRE.1
