His professional journey also includes positions such as Value Stream Consultant at Cascade Businesss Group, Sr. Quality Consultant at Ball Corporation, and Sr. Consultant at CPI Card Group, where he focused on quality management and operational efficiency.

John's expertise extends to Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, as evidenced by his roles as Lean and Six Sigma Consulting at RED SKY Consulting, Lean and Six Sigma Senior Consultant at Microsoft, and Six Sigma Black Belt Leader at Cummins Inc.
