John McDermott

John McDermott is an experienced media executive with a rich background in digital broadcasting, podcasting, streaming, satellite, and traditional radio.

With a decade of valuable experience as VP Comedy & Entertainment at SiriusXM Radio, he excelled in working with high-profile talent, developing radio programming content, and overseeing partner stations and specialty branded content.

Currently serving as EVP Programming at Cadence13, John also works as a Programmer and Host for comedy content on LiveXLive/Slacker Radio, where he manages all comedy properties and hosts a weekly show.

An educator as well, John was an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, imparting his knowledge and expertise to students.
